It seems like satisfied workers are a minority – not surprising in such a difficult job market. Those people lucky enough to be employed are often asked to work extra hours. The economic climate has been so dreary that many unsatisfied workers have decided to take control of their own destiny. It’s not an easy step to make since the direct result of the decision is usually lots of extra work. It’s exciting and intimidating at the same time.
Our advice? Make it all or nothing! There’s really no in between.
